Простуда
Даже не знаю, где я простудилась. Я всегда одеваюсь тепло, когда иду на улицу. Ну, что делать, это уже случилось. Я уже заболела. Сейчас болит голова, но температуры нет. Трудно дышать носом и постоянный кашель. Самое неприятное, я бы сказала, самое противное, это когда трудно дышать носом.
Нос просто заложен! Когда я стою или хожу, то я ещё как-то могу дышать. Но как только я ложусь, всё, дышать не могу. Вот уже две ночи, как я сплю сидя в кресле. Я так больше не могу! Надо будет сходить в аптеку и купить лекарства. Я так больше не могу!
Common cold

Resfriado
Ni siquiera sé dónde me resfrié. Siempre me abrigo bien cuando salgo a la calle. Bueno, qué hacer, ya ha sucedido. Ya estoy enferma. Ahora me duele la cabeza, pero no tengo fiebre.
